We are dedicated to processing your file and handling all of the Lender-Mandated Preparation for you file's accurate and timely submissions in your ongoing negotiations.

Throughout the Short Sale Cycle we help provide all of the additional documentation, file updates, lengthly telephone contact, etc., as requested by the Seller's Lender. Our Team Handles all of the digital communications, completes the file transfers and executes the required network updates with all Lenders and Agents Directly until approval.
